Examples of what we constantly need volunteers for:
- Promotion: To reach as many people as possible, we need people who have good ideas for marketing, people who can contribute with their large contact area and volunteers who can help us with practical things such as hanging up posters and handing out flyers. Or follow up strategies for increased visibility on social media, by sharing and disseminating information about SalsaNor events.
- Photo/video: We also need volunteers with an interest in photography and video who can contribute with their expertise at our festivals and other activities.
- Logistics: For several of our weekend events, we need help with practical tasks such as picking up and bringing artists or things, operating the info-desk or being a class guard, decorating, rigging up and down sound equipment, tables/chairs, etc.
If you would like to join, either in a local SalsaNor association, or one of our national and/or international projects, you can contact us here.
If you contribute to the local operation in SalsaNor Trondheim or Oslo, you can attend dance classes completely free of charge during the period you are volunteering and actively contributing.
Among other things, volunteers can participate in courses and parties for free, by appointment and in relation to the workload.
