SalsaNor’s guidelines

We recommend all course participants to read the guidelines carefully before registering. These ensure a positive experience for everyone and clarify what rights and obligations apply.

Refunds and cancellations

Full refund

In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the start of the course. A cancellation fee of NOK 55 will be deducted.

In case of cancellation between 7 and 2 days before the start of the course.

In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the start of the course or in case of “no show”.

You can switch to another course in the same period or move the registration to the next course series, at no extra cost.

Note: Refund policies only apply to course fees. Other costs, such as payment fees, are non-refundable.

Using Photos and Captures

SalsaNor reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during courses for promotion on our website and social media.

Don’t want to be photographed or filmed? Let us know before the start of the course.

If you would like us to remove specific photos or videos from our platforms, please contact us as soon as possible.

The right course level

To ensure a good learning experience for all participants, we reserve the right to guide you to another level if it turns out that the course level does not suit your skill level.

This is done in dialogue with you, and the goal is to give you the best possible benefit from the course.

Hygiene and Well-being

Good hygiene is essential in dance classes, especially when in close contact with other participants.

Extra clothes: Feel free to bring an extra t-shirt if needed.
Perfume: Use perfume in moderation, as some people may be allergic to strong fragrances.
Hand hygiene: Wash your hands well before the start of the course, and preferably use hand sanitizer.

We appreciate that everyone contributes to a pleasant and comfortable experience for all participants.

Privacy and GDPR

When registering for courses at SalsaNor, your personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we store:
When registering via our partner LetsReg, your name, phone number and details about your registered course are stored.

Why we store this:
The information is used to manage your course participation, send important course information and facilitate any changes or updates.

Sharing data:
Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations.

Your rights:
You have the right to access what information we have stored about you, and you can request correction or deletion of this.
