Curious about salsa? This 2.5-hour introductory course gives you a safe, fun and effective start. You learn basic steps, rhythm, leading/feeling and simple figures – enough to go straight out on the dance floor. Since 1999 , SalsaNor has introduced thousands of beginners to salsa and Latin American rhythms – join us too!
After the course, you can continue on Tuesdays on Salsa for Beginners / Intermediate.
You’ll learn
- Basic steps, timing and basic music understanding
- Guidance/feeling and safe partner contact
- Simple combinations you can use in social dance right away
Practical
- ⏱ Duration: 2.5 h (meet up 10 min before)
- 👥 Partner: Not necessary – we roll regularly
- 👟 Shoes: Indoor shoes (white sole) are mandatory to protect the floor
