Reidun Svabø
Reidun Svabø primarily teaches beginner courses in Cuban salsa, but is also happy to step into the other courses when needed.
She is a salsa pioneer in Norway and started teaching dance in the early 90s. She is the founder of SalsaNor and has worked through this non-profit organization to promote Latin American and Afro-Caribbean art and culture for almost 25 years, including by running dance schools, as a project manager for dance festivals, curator of concerts, productions for Den Kulturelle Skolesekken and Spaserstokken, and holiday camps with dance for youth.
She still finds the most exciting thing is introducing dance and Latin culture to beginners and finds it magical when more people discover a new world through this rhythmically rich culture!
