Welcome to Cuba Meets Dominican, a brand new social in Oslo that celebrates the best of Cuban salsa and Dominican bachata! Three of the city’s leading dance schools – Contigo Dance School, Ewa Trela Dans and SalsaNor – have joined forces to create Oslo’s new happening for everyone who loves true Latin American rhythms.
This new concept starts at Sentralen with the first three events, before it will eventually move on to other exciting dance venues in the Oslo area.

Practical info
Location: Sentralen, in the middle of Oslo city center.
The roof terrace has a limited number of seats, so arrive early to secure your spot under the open sky!
It is possible to buy tickets in advance to get cheaper prices and secure a place in the workshop.
Program for the evening
Time: 18:00–21:00: DJs provide a wonderful salsa/bachata mix on the beautiful roof terrace.
Time: 20:00–21:00: Dance workshop in Kronesalen – learn basic Son (Cuban ballroom dance) with Johan Vorgaard from Contigo Dance School. Open to all levels!
From kl. 21:00: Full party atmosphere! DJs play both on the roof terrace and in Kronesalen. After 23:00, the music continues indoors until we round off at. 01:30.
Bar service on both the roof terrace and inside Kronesalen.
Cuba Meets Dominican is open to everyone who dances – whether you’re a beginner, advanced or just love to move to real Latin rhythms.
