SalsaNor wants to represent a diverse and inclusive environment, where everyone who wants to participate can feel welcome, seen and valued.

Joy and enthusiasm

The dance and music have given us a joy and enthusiasm that we spread further. The joy and enthusiasm we get from watching our participants learn, master, meet new friends, etc., gives us new joy and enthusiasm to continue arranging.

Quality

It is important for SalsaNor to offer quality in all aspects of what we do. Both professional and artistic quality in what we offer in terms of courses and events, and quality in the actual organization and facilitation.

Involvement

SalsaNor is a voluntary organization, and without the volunteers’ commitment and efforts, the organization will not survive. We want to engage all members and participants to participate in the organization.
